Bullish Celtic's manager insists he is not worried about dismissal however Celtic fans unleash fury following defeat.
The Celtic boss declared he had no concerns about dismissal, asserting, “The team is extremely close to a turnaround,” despite moving dangerously close to being fired with a convincing loss to their arch-rivals.
Another Meltdown Sees Old Firm Disaster
Celtic were in front Rangers at the interval but a collapse after the break allowed the Gers to pull level on points with the current league title holders. The former MLS manager, who was hired in December, has now been in charge for six setbacks in eight games.
“There is unity with the board,” said the manager.

“The performance we had at times was really, really, really high. That is a fact. I could not say that if it was not the case. That is the reason, when it comes to wins, I mentioned this is the same story. Which is why I said that we are really close to a shift in fortunes. Currently: small things.”
“We produced a lot of encouraging signs that we did, like today again. But now comes down to sustaining it. My message would be different if it was not the case. That’s why I am a big believer we’re going to be able to fix this.”
Opposition Reaction Outlook
Danny Röhl was cautious about a championship push despite what appeared to be a statement victory. “One match at a time, and we can really build up a challenge,” he said. “The faith in the squad is excellent.”
